Company History

Refined Contracting a highly recommended, successful home restoration Construction Company owned and operated by Mark Johnson started in 2009.  Mark Johnson who as a teenager started in the construction industry working for his father’s commercial building Construction Company.  After learning the skills in 1989 Mark moved on to continue and expanded into the residential new construction building market.  After a successful 20 years in the real estate and building industry, in 2009 Mark made the transition and started Refined Contracting.  Today Refined Contracting is continuing as a highly recommended, efficient, and reliable Insurance claims property damage Restoration Company, with professional passion and customer satisfaction always in mind.
