My mother’s house sustained hail damage last May 2022. Refine Contracting was referred by a relative. My mother and I had a great experience working with Mark. He was very responsive. Explained everything thoroughly. Answered all our questions. He was very patient with us as we experienced some issue with our insurance payments being issued with the wrong payees. He worked with our insurance to ensure all the damages were taken care of, which too a lot of the work and stress off of me. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend his service.

We’ve had our new roof for a year now and it’s still immaculate. The process of getting it completed was quick and efficient. They made things so easy and were able to get the roof completely covered by our insurance. The pricing is very fair, especially for the quality. They went above and beyond! Thanks again!

Refined Contracting provided every detail of installing our new roof. You know how difficult it can be dealing with the insurance company? Refined Contracting handled EVERY communication required to negotiate payment in full on the roof and worked with our adjuster so all expenses for our new roof were paid by insurance. I did not need to deal with my adjuster at all! The workmanship and materials used on our roof were top of the line Deluxe Timberline shingles and it looks great. Building my new roof included all new gutters which was fantastic! They installed beautiful and larger gutters to protect my house from water coming from the high pitch of our roof. I also ordered extra services from Refined Contracting to provide and install gutter shields so I would never need the new gutters cleaned again. I got a great product and great installation at a GREAT price! The owner, Mark, was so wonderful to work with during the entire project and was always available to speak with me about questions and to update me. His crew of workers were on time, professional and experienced. They worked super hard and were happy workers, sometimes even singing while working. They also worked as a solid team to get my roof ready before winter. I would highy recommend Refined Contracting for smooth and seamless services backed by a nice owner who is truly interested in pleasing the client by keeping them informed, by providing quality, professional and worry-free work ethic. Mark Johnson owner of the Refined Contracting did a wonderful job after the tornado that hit us. He approached writing quite professionally and thoroughly. He informed us about all the works that were in the process of restoration. His knowledge and ability are at an enviable level.
