Mark Johnson and Refined Contracting did an excellent job analyzing and then promptly repairing a roof leak problem near a fireplace chimney on our home. After removing an interfering satellite dish, a new rooftop chimney "saddle" was added to our roof.
Refined Contracting LLC did an excellent job on re-roofing my residence. The project was large and complex consisting of 8 hips and 4 valleys, totaling about 3400 SF. The six man crew arrived about 6:30 AM and completed all the work and clean-up by 6:00 PM.
Refined Contracting is very easy to work with and was accommodating to my needs on this project. Mark the principal of the Co. is friendly and very particular about workmanship.
